Law professor: Why Indiana needs ‘religious freedom’ legislation

With all the misinformation floating around about this Indiana law, let’s ask ourselves why it would even be necessary, shall we? Besides, how many of us have actually read it or an in depth analysis of it?

I also am hoping Indiana will take steps similar to what Utah has done in which guidelines are set in the law to balance competing interests of religion and nondiscrimination more explicitly.
